Autumnal Sunset
Liverpool : Friday 13th November 2015
As we head towards the dark, damp days of Winter, the only consolation is the stunning early sunsets.
This unedited picture was taken from our office at 4pm.
I love the silhouette of the Liver Building and, the spire of Our Lady and St Nicholas church against the late autumnal sky.
The Wirral is just about visible at the other side of the River Mersey, it had been invisible earlier in the day because of the rain.
I guess it is about appreciating every pretty thing that nature has to offer at this time of year!

Gosh your photo reminds me of my visits to Martins Building on Water Street during my time working for financial advisors. I really enjoyed my visits to Liverpool and admiring the view. #MySundayPhoto

Can’t get tired of that skyline. Such a magnificent building. I will let you in to a secret that when I was little I used to imagine that Superman flew around it and King Kong hung off the top. A child’s imagination hey! #mysundayphoto

Lisa this is so beautiful, I just love autumn sunsets they are just attuning and this year they have been exceptional I have taken so many pictures and love walking the dog as the sun is setting it just makes me feel so calm and happy x

I love this sunset photo Lisa and it’s not the fact that I was born on the Wirral or that my hubby is from Liverpool. It’s a gorgeous skyline and the light is perfect.

this is a beautiful sunset shot lisa. just lovely. we are about to head into a hot summer so our skies are blue but turning white in the heat. it’s a scorcher today.
