I find myself saying this in many different ways as a mum, wife and friend.
Seeing it written in such a direct way makes me realise I need to get a grip, and start setting a positive example.

Sometimes the reality of this sneaks right up on you, doesn’t it. And sometimes it’s easy to let things go because it hurts too much to realize that others are judging you and finding you wanting. But that doesn’t make them right. Stand for yourself, or you won’t respect yourself. This is a hard lesson to live and learn. Thanks for reminding me, I think I needed it!
